By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.
Program Description
Tek Computing Solutions provides automated SMS notifications related to managed IT services.
Messages may include:
- Server offline alerts
- Storage capacity alerts
- Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) alerts
- Backup failures
- Microsoft 365 notifications
- Network monitoring alerts
- Other operational IT alerts
These messages are transactional and operational only.
They are not marketing or promotional messages.
Intended Recipients
Messages are sent only to authorized Tek Computing Solutions personnel or other individuals who have consented to receive operational IT monitoring alerts.
Currently, the primary recipient is the owner of Tek Computing Solutions.
Additional authorized technicians may be added in the future.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on monitored systems and alert activity.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP
After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no additional SMS messages unless you opt in again.
